VSWGA Fees:  Registration costs $10/player before Thursday 8/10 at 12pm.  After Thursday 8/10 at 12pm, late add registration is $15 per player and is non-refundable.  You no longer have to call the Pro Shop for a tee time if you late-add.  Just register as normal and be sure to pick your tee time.

 

Guest Registration: Will be determined 2nd week of registration.  Members receive 1st priority.

 

Cancellations/Refunds (policy change from 2022): 

• There will be no refunds after 8:00 a.m. the day before the State Day. 
• If you cancel prior to 8:00 a.m. the day before the State Day, there will be a $5 refund.  This is a change from 2022.  Be sure you and your friends can play the event before registering.  There are no longer full refunds. 
• Late-add registration is always non-refundable.
• You will no longer receive a full refund if you cancel prior to the initial registration date (Thursday at noon before the event). 

 

Course and Cart Fees:

• Players must pay the course and cart fees directly to the club through the Pro Shop.
• Course fee is $25 per person (tax included).
• Cart fee is $25 per person (tax included).  Walking is permitted without payment of cart fee.

• Pace of Play at this course is:  4 hours and 15 minutes
• Skins will be available
• The restaurant will be open.  Cash or credit payment (swipe only, no apple pay etc.)
• Water is available at the course on holes 1, 7 and 14.
• All golfers will play from the Red tees.
