VSWGA Fees:  Registration costs $10/player before Thursday 8/24 at 12pm.  After Thursday 8/24 at 12pm, late add registration is $15 per player and is non-refundable.  You no longer have to call the Pro Shop for a tee time if you late-add.  Just register as normal and be sure to pick your tee time.

 

Guest Registration: Open.  Guests must have an active GHIN (Vt Ghin not necessary until membership), create a profile in Golf Genius and pay a $20 registration fee.

 

Cancellations/Refunds (policy change from 2022): 

• There will be no refunds after 8:00 a.m. the day before the State Day. 
• If you cancel prior to 8:00 a.m. the day before the State Day, there will be a $5 refund.  This is a change from 2022.  Be sure you and your friends can play the event before registering.  There are no longer full refunds. 
• Late-add registration is always non-refundable.
• You will no longer receive a full refund if you cancel prior to the initial registration date (Thursday at noon before the event). 

 

Course and Cart Fees:

• Players must pay the course and cart fees directly to the club through the Pro Shop.
• Course fee is $25 per person (tax included)
• Cart fee is $25 per person - (tax included).  Cart Fee is Mandatory.  Bag must be on the cart.

• Closest to the pin holes #3 and #12
• Pace of Play at this course is:  4 hours and 20 minutes.
• The restaurant will be open.  Menu available at: Fairways Restaurant.  Great sandwiches and salads are available.  There is a great deck with a nice view. 
• Water is available on the course and in the clubhouse.
• All golfers will play from the Red tees.
• Credit only for payment.  No cash.
