VSWGA Fees:  Registration costs $10/player before Thursday 8/24 at 12pm.  After Thursday 8/24 at 12pm, late add registration is $15 per player and is non-refundable.  You no longer have to call the Pro Shop for a tee time if you late-add.  Just register as normal and be sure to pick your tee time.

 

Guest Registration: Open.  Guests must create a profile in golf genius, have an Active Ghin handicap (any State is fine, VT necessary upon membership), and pay a $20 registration fee.

 

Cancellations/Refunds (policy change from 2022): 

• There will be no refunds after 8:00 a.m. the day before the State Day. 
• If you cancel prior to 8:00 a.m. the day before the State Day, there will be a $5 refund.  This is a change from 2022.  Be sure you and your friends can play the event before registering.  There are no longer full refunds. 
• Late-add registration is always non-refundable.
• You will no longer receive a full refund if you cancel prior to the initial registration date (Thursday at noon before the event). 

 

Course and Cart Fees:

• Players must pay the course and cart fees directly to the club through the Pro Shop.
• Course fee is $25 per person (tax included)
• Cart fee is $28.62 - (tax included).   It is highly recommended that you ride at Killington.  This is a very difficult course to walk.  However, you can walk without payment of cart fee.

• Closest to the pin holes #6 and #17
• Pace of Play at this course is:  4 hours 30 minutes
• There are restaurants on the access road that will be open for lunch
• Killington has put water containers on the golf course but no cups, and the containers are not always filled. If Killington gets cups then the containers will be filled.  Might be good to be sure you bring your own.
• All golfers will play from the Red tees.
