VSWGA Fees:  Registration costs $10/player before Thursday 8/10 at 12pm.  After Thursday 8/10 at 12pm, late add registration is $15 per player and is non-refundable.  You no longer have to call the Pro Shop for a tee time if you late-add.  Just register as normal and be sure to pick your tee time.

 

Guest Registration: Guests are welcome.  Guest registration fee is $20.  They must create a profile in Golf Genius and include their active GHIN #.  Their GHIN does not have to be a Vermont GHIN.  They must play with you, the person registering them.  Email vswgaquestions@gmail.com.

 

Cancellations/Refunds (policy change from 2022): 

• There will be no refunds after 8:00 a.m. the day before the State Day. 
• If you cancel prior to 8:00 a.m. the day before the State Day, there will be a $5 refund.  This is a change from 2022.  Be sure you and your friends can play the event before registering.  There are no longer full refunds. 
• Late-add registration is always non-refundable.
• You will no longer receive a full refund if you cancel prior to the initial registration date (Thursday at noon before the event). 

 

Course and Cart Fees:

• Players must pay the course and cart fees directly to the club through the Pro Shop.
• Course fee is $25 flat per person (tax included)
• Cart fee is $22 flat per person.  Walking is permitted without payment of cart fee.

• Closest to the pin holes #6 and #11
• Expected Pace of Play is 4 hours 15 minutes.
• The restaurant will be open.
• Water is available at the Pro Shop.
• All golfers will play from the Red tees.  
• Both Credit and Cash are accepted.
