VSWGA Fees:  Registration costs $10/player before Thursday 8/10 at 12pm.  After Thursday 8/10 at 12pm, late add registration is $15 per player and is non-refundable.  You no longer have to call the Pro Shop for a tee time if you late-add.  Just register as normal and be sure to pick your tee time.

 

Guest Registration: Open.  Guests must have an active GHIN, pay $20 for registration and create a Golf Genius Profile.  Email vswgaquestions@gmail.com if you have a Guest that wants to play.

 

Cancellations/Refunds (policy change from 2022): 

  • There will be no refunds after 8:00 a.m. the day before the State Day. 
  • If you cancel prior to 8:00 a.m. the day before the State Day, there will be a $5 refund.  This is a change from 2022.  Be sure you and your friends can play the event before registering.  There are no longer full refunds. 
  • Late-add registration is always non-refundable.
  • You will no longer receive a full refund if you cancel prior to the initial registration date (Thursday at noon before the event). 

 

Course and Cart Fees:

  • Players must pay the course and cart fees directly to the club through the Pro Shop.
  • Course fee is $25 per person (tax included).
  • Cart fee is $20 - (tax not included).  Walking is permitted but not recommended.  This is an extremely difficult course to walk and we highly recommend that you purchase the cart.  The course has beautiful views and is a difficult course but the views are worth it.  Their are lovely views from the patio at the Clubhouse Grille.

  • Golfers with handicaps of 25 or over can play from the Forward Tees which are offered at Jay Peak.  Golfers with handicaps under 25 will play from the Red Tees.
