SPECTATOR GUIDELINES
Home || Pairings || Players || Live Scoring
It is expected that spectators:
- Respectfully and politely cheer on all golfers.
- Walk and stay on cart paths. If not available, please stay in the rough. Keep away from fairways, bunkers, tees, and putting greens.
- Stay one shot ahead of the group they are following.
- Do not interfere with play beyond what is permitted (searching for errant shots is appropriate, touching a ball in play is not).
- Do not give players advice. Failure may result in the player being penalized two-strokes for each breach.
- Turn off cell phones to avoid disrupting play.
- Exercise caution at all times. Spectators attend at their own risk.
Spectators are allowed to carry medicine, food, drinks, umbrellas, etc (but not clubs).
Spectator carts are not permitted unless the spectator has a permanent handicap placard. Handicap spectators must present their placard to the host club PGA professional prior to getting a golf cart. Spectators will not receive a cart unless they have this official placard. Letters from doctors or visible injuries will not warrant golf cart without a placard.
