VSWGA Fees:  Registration costs $10/player before Thursday 7/13 at 12pm.  After Thursday 7/13 at 12pm, late add registration is $15 per player and is non-refundable.  You no longer have to call the Pro Shop for a tee time if you late-add.  Just register as normal and be sure to pick your tee time.  

 

Guest Registration: None

 

Cancellations/Refunds (policy change from 2022): 

• There will be no refunds after 8:00 a.m. the day before the State Day. 
• If you cancel prior to 8:00 a.m. the day before the State Day, there will be a $5 refund.  This is a change from 2022.  Be sure you and your friends can play the event before registering.  There are no longer full refunds. 
• Late-add registration is always non-refundable.
• You will no longer receive a full refund if you cancel prior to the initial registration date (Thursday at noon before the event). 

 

Course and Cart Fees:

• Players must pay the course and cart fees directly to the club through the Pro Shop.
• Course fee is $25.00 flat per person (tax included)
• Cart fee is $30.00 - (tax  not included).  Walking is permitted.

 

Other Info:

• Pace of Play for Rutland is 4 hours.  Please make a good decision regarding riding/walking in light of this Pace of Play.
• Closest to the pin holes are #3 and #15.
• Skins will be available.

• Water is available at the turn and at the Pro Shop.
• You must select a tee during registration. Your handicap must be greater than or equal to 25 on day of registration to choose forward tees.
