VSWGA Fees:  Registration costs $10/player before Thursday 6/1 at 12pm.  After Thursday 6/1 at 12pm, late add registration is $15 per player and is non-refundable.  You no longer have to call the Pro Shop for a tee time if you late-add.  Just register as normal and be sure to pick your tee time.

 

Guest Registration: Will be decided after the 2nd week of Registration.  Members receive 1st priority for registration, so if there is room, we will open it up after an initial registration period to be sure we don't displace members.  We will communicate via email if we open for Guest Registration.

 

Cancellations/Refunds (policy change from 2022): 

• There will be no refunds after 8:00 a.m. the day before the State Day. 
• If you cancel prior to 8:00 a.m. the day before the State Day, there will be a $5 refund.  This is a change from 2022.  Be sure you and your friends can play the event before registering.  There are no longer full refunds. 
• Late-add registration is always non-refundable.
• You will no longer receive a full refund if you cancel prior to the initial registration date (Thursday at noon before the event). 

 

Course and Cart Fees:

• Players must pay the course and cart fees directly to the club through the Pro Shop.
• Course fee is $25 flat per person (tax included)
• Cart fee is $26.50 (tax included).  Walking is permitted without payment of cart fee.

• Pace of play is 4 hours and 30 minutes
• Closest to the pin holes #4 and #13
• Skins will be available for $10
• The snack shack at Lakeland #9 will be available for light fare, soft and sports drinks.  The Base Lodge will be open for cafe style sandwiches, food and drinks after the Round.
• Water is available at the Pro Shop and at the turn.
• Credit is accepted at the Snack Shack and the Base Lodge.  Cash and credit at Base Lodge.
• All golfers will play from the Green/Gold tees.  This is one set of tees and plays 5059 yards.
