TERMS OF THE COMPETITION

 

ELIGIBILITY

This event is open to male and female amateur golfers and local golf professionals

 

FIELD SIZE AND WAIT LIST

The field is limited to the first 54 players to apply. After the field limit is reached, players will be placed on a wait list in order by their time of registration.

 

ENTRIES, DEADLINE, AND REFUND POLICY

  • Entries: An entry must be submitted online with payment prior to the deadline. Late entries will not be accepted, regardless of reason.
  • Entry Fee: $60. This includes all green fees, cart fees, and prize pool. Members should discuss discounts with host course.
  • Deadline: Entries must be received prior to the deadline (12PM EST on Wednesday, May 10, 2023). Late entries will not be accepted, regardless of reason.
  • Refund Policy: The entry fee, less a $10 service fee, will be refunded if a player withdraws 24 hours prior to the start of the event.

 

FORMAT & DIVISIONS

The format is 18 holes of stroke play from the following tees (by division):

  • Men – Blue Tees
  • Men (70+) – White Tees
  • Women – Red Tees

 

PLAYER OF THE YEAR POINTS

This is a counting event for the Remlik’s Player of the Year as outlined on the Point System and Eligibility page.

 

RULES

All play will be governed by the USGA Rules of Golf. Players will be provided a "Notice to Players" rules sheet containing local rules and conditions. The TCGA and/or the host course golf professional will be available to provide rulings and answer questions.

FIRST ROUND TEE TIMES AND PAIRINGS

The pairings will be available on Thursday, May 11th and will be emailed to all players. Tee Times begin at 11:40AM, if you have a first-round tee time request (early vs late), please reach out to tcgagolf@gmail.com. Pairing requests will not be accommodated for individual stroke play events.

  

FOOD & BEVERAGE

The club's snack bar will be open - accepts cash or credit.

 

GOLF CARTS

The golf cart rental fee is included in the entry fee.

 

CADDIES

The use of a caddie is permitted, although groups are STRICTLY limited to 2 carts total and each player is entitled to one seat.

 

RANGE

Not included with entry.

  

PRIZES

Cash payouts will be awarded to approximately 20% of the field. There will be an optional skins game available.
