VSWGA Fees:  Registration costs $10/player before Thursday 5/18 at 12pm.  After Thursday 5/18 at 12pm, late add registration is $15 per player and is non-refundable.  You no longer have to call the Pro Shop for a tee time if you late-add.  Just register as normal and be sure to pick your tee time.

Cancellations/Refunds (policy change from 2022): 

• There will be no refunds after 8:00 a.m. the day before the State Day. 
• If you cancel prior to 8:00 a.m. the day before the State Day, there will be a $5 refund.  This is a change from 2022.  Be sure you and your friends can play the event before registering.  There are no longer full refunds. 
• Late-add registration is always non-refundable.
• You will no longer receive a full refund if you cancel prior to the initial registration date (Thursday at noon before the event). 

 

Course and Cart Fees:

• Players must pay the course and cart fees directly to the club through the Pro Shop.
• Course fee is $25 flat per person (tax included)
• Cart fee is $50 (tax not included). Cart Fee is Mandatory.  You can walk if you pay the cart fee.

 

Other Info:

• Pace of Play for CCVT is 4 hours.
• Closest to the pin holes #4 and #14.
• Skins will be available.  They will be $10 (cash only) per person.
• The restaurant will be open at 11:00 a.m. and has a lovely view from the patio.
• Water is available at the course and at the turn.
• Golfers will choose from Forward/Green tees and Regular/Red tees.  Be sure to look for the Green Tees.  They are not always in view from the Red tees.  They are there.
• Please wear regular golf attire.  No jeans, jean shorts, tank tops, etc.  No metal spiked golf shoes.
