VSWGA Fees:  Registration costs $10/player before Thursday 5/18 at 12pm.  After Thursday 5/18 at 12pm, late add registration is $15 per player and is non-refundable.  You no longer have to call the Pro Shop for a tee time if you late-add.  Just register as normal and be sure to pick your tee time.

 

Guest Registration: Open - Have the Guest create a profile in Golf Genius.  They need an active GHIN to play.  A Vermont GHIN is not required.  Guest registration is $20.  Email vswgaquestions@gmail.com once the Guest has created the profile.

 

Cancellations/Refunds (policy change from 2022): 

• There will be no refunds after 8:00 a.m. the day before the State Day. 
• If you cancel prior to 8:00 a.m. the day before the State Day, there will be a $5 refund.  This is a change from 2022.  Be sure you and your friends can play the event before registering.  There are no longer full refunds. 
• Late-add registration is always non-refundable.
• You will no longer receive a full refund if you cancel prior to the initial registration date (Thursday at noon before the event). 

 

Course and Cart Fees:

• Players must pay the course and cart fees directly to the club through the Pro Shop.
• Total Fee $45/person.  The total fee includes a Cart.  Cart fee is Mandatory.  Walking permitted with payment of Cart Fee.

• Closest to the pin holes #5 and #11
• Course playing time is 4 hours and 30 minutes
• The restaurant will be open.  A limited menu will be available.
• Water on sale on holes 6, 12 and 15 for $2.00.
• All golfers will play from the Green tees.
