VSWGA Fees:  Registration costs $10/player before Thursday 5/11 at 12pm.  After Thursday 5/11 at 12pm, late add registration is $15 per player and is non-refundable.  You no longer have to call the Pro Shop for a tee time if you late-add.  Just register as normal and be sure to pick your tee time.  Please register as a foursome or twosome.  Twosomes, please fill other twosomes.

Cancellations/Refunds (policy change from 2022): 

• There will be no refunds after 8:00 a.m. the day before the State Day. 
• If you cancel prior to 8:00 a.m. the day before the State Day, there will be a $5 refund.  This is a change from 2022.  Be sure you and your friends can play the event before registering.  There are no longer full refunds. 
• Late-add registration is always non-refundable.
• You will no longer receive a full refund if you cancel prior to the initial registration date (Thursday at noon before the event). 

 

Course and Cart Fees:

• Players must pay the course and cart fees directly to the club through the Pro Shop.
• Course fee is $25 flat per person (tax included)
• Cart fee is $32.10 - (tax included) and is Mandatory for Pace of Play.  All golfers will be assigned a cart.  Your bag must be on the cart.

 

Other Info:

• Pace of Play for Manchester is 4 hours and 10 minutes.
• Closest to the pin holes are #8 and #12.
• The restaurant will be open and lunch is available from 11-4.
• Water is available in the Club House and at the Pro Shop.
• You must select a tee during registration.  Your handicap must be greater than or equal to 25 on day of registration to choose forward tees.
