VSWGA Fees:  Registration costs $10/player before Thursday 5/4 at 12pm.  After Thursday 5/4 at 12pm, late add registration is $15 per player and is non-refundable.  You no longer have to call the Pro Shop for a tee time if you late-add.  Just register as normal and be sure to pick your tee time.

 

Guest Registration: If you have a Guest that you would like to bring, please email vswgaquestions@gmail.com.  Guests must have an active GHIN handicap.  Guest registration fee is $20.

 

Cancellations/Refunds (policy change from 2022): 

• There will be no refunds after 8:00 a.m. the day before the State Day. 
• If you cancel prior to 8:00 a.m. the day before the State Day, there will be a $5 refund.  This is a change from 2022.  Be sure you and your friends can play the event before registering.  There are no longer full refunds. 
• Late-add registration is always non-refundable.
• You will no longer receive a full refund if you cancel prior to the initial registration date (Thursday at noon before the event). 

 

Course and Cart Fees:

• Players must pay the course and cart fees directly to the club through the Pro Shop.
• Course fee is $25 flat per person (tax included)
• Cart fee is $22 per person + tax.  Walking is permitted without payment of a cart fee.  
• Links is always Cart Path Only.

 

Other Info:

• Pace of Play is 4 hours
• Closest to the pin hole #5 and #15
• No restaurant at Links, so be sure to plan for your own food if needed
• Water is available at the course.
• All golfers will play from the Red tees.  This is a 2874 Yd course...very fun.
• Both Credit and Cash accepted.
