Registration & Practice Round, Monday, April 3:
Practice round on Players Course only beginning at 7:30 a.m. and ending at 2:00 p.m.
If you have not already registered for a practice round and would still like to set up a tee time, please reach out to SOS staff at cory@societyofseniors.com We will do our best to accommodate practice round requests until 3/30.
Round One, Tuesday, April 4:
Practice facilities open at 6:15 a.m. daily. Closes daily at 5:00 p.m.
7:15 a.m. starting times from the 1st and 9th tees on Players Course for Senior/Legend divisions
7:15 a.m. start from the 1st and 10th tees on Celebrity Course for Super Senior/Grand Master divisions
Round Two, Wednesday, April 5:
7:15 a.m. starting times from the 1st and 9th tees on Players Course for Super Senior/Grand Master divisions
7:15 a.m. start from the 1st and 10th tees on Celebrity Course for Senior/Legend divisions
Final Round, Thursday, April 6:
Practice facilities open at 6:15 a.m.
7:30 a.m. Shotgun on the Celebrity Course for Super Senior/Grand Master divisions
8:00 a.m. Shotgun on the Players Course for Senior/Legend divisions
Food & Beverage:
Monday (Practice Round), Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, lunch service will be available for purchase. At Registration on Monday, each player will be provided with a $50 gift card from the resort to use as they please.
On Course Drinking Water:
There are Ice and Water Stations every three to four holes. There will also be a snack station provided as players make the turn each day.
Carts:
Practice round and tournament carts are included in your entry fee. Carts are not
permitted in the parking lot. Spectators are not allowed in players’ carts.
Refund Policy:
A withdrawal fee of $150 shall apply. Withdrawals within 30 days of round one will pay an additional $100. Withdrawals within 7 days of round one shall only receive a partial refund if the spot is filled. If the spot is unfilled, the player forfeits his entire entry fee.
Notes:
Practice balls are included in your entry fee. Club storage is limited. There is no locker
space but limited shoe service. You may tip the bag and cart attendants. The pro shop is open
from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. 760-834-3825.
