Registration Information

Eligibility: Open to all active CGA Members.

 

Entry Fee: $95.00 for qualifying only. Successful qualifiers will need to pay an additional $205.00 for entry into the Championship

 

U.S. Amateur Registration Deadline: 5:00 p.m. ET. June 22, 2022. Players must also register through the USGA website.

 

Handicap Index Limit: 2.4 

 

Concurrent Qualifying: This event serves as a concurrent qualifier for the CGA Amateur Championship. The qualifier is first and foremost a U.S. Amateur Championship qualifier. Only players that are registered for the US Amateur Championship qualifier through the USGA's website may ALSO use this site as a CGA Amateur Qualifier. You may not play in this event as a CGA Amateur Qualifier only.

 

If you are registered for the U.S. Amateur Championship qualifier and would also like to use this site as a qualifying round for the CGA Amateur Championship, your 36-hole total score will be used as your qualifying score against the other players that are also registered for the concurrent CGA Amateur qualifier.

 

 

Tournament Information

Format: 36 holes of stroke play. For the CGA Amateur Qualifier, the total 36 hole score will be used.

 

CGA Amateur Qualifying Positions: 7

 

CGA Amateur Alternate Positions: 3

 

Starting Times: 

  • Round 1 - Tee Times from 7:00am - 9:00am off of #1 & 10 tees
  • Round 2 -  Tee Times from 12:00pm - 2:00pm off of #1 & 10 tees

 

Walking Only Event: A player must walk during the event, use a caddie or carry their own bag.

Pull/Push Carts: Columbine Country Club does not allow pull/push carts.

 

Driving Range: The driving range will be available beginning at 6:00 a.m. at no additional charge to the player.

 

Practice Rounds: Practice Rounds will be available on July 5th in the afternoon for a rate of $50. Please call the golf shop to set up a time. (303) 794-2674

 

Player Food: Will be available to purchase. Cash and Credit Card will be accepted. 

 

Score Posting: The CGA will post tournament scores to GHIN.
