2023 CGA Women's Hickory Tournament

Registration Window: May 16 - July 16

 

Entry Fee: $100 per competitor 

 

Field Size: 104 entrants. 

NOTE: Tournament is filled on a first come, first served basis using the registration date and time. If a tournament is oversubscribed, a wait list will be maintained in case of cancellation.

 

Format: 18 holes of individual stroke play –  All competitors are pre-flighted by Playing Handicap with approximately 16 players per flight. Overall Low Gross and Low Net winners will be crowned.

 

Handicap Index Details: 18.0 minimum and 36.0 maximum.

Note: All players will compete at 95% of course handicap.

Note: If you fall below an 18.0 index between when you register and the revision date, you will no longer be eligible to participate. If your handicap goes above a 36.0, it will be reduced to a 36.0. 

 

Revision Date: July 17

 

Starting Time: Shotgun start at 8:30am 

 

Cart/Caddies: Carts are optional, included in entry. Two carts allocated per group. Caddies are not allowed.

 

Prizes: Merchandise gift certificates are awarded for the top gross and net finishes within each flight. Ties for all payout finishers, including overall low gross and low net, will be determined by USGA matching scorecards method (last nine = holes 10-18).

 

Practice Round Information: Tee times are subject to availability, can be made 5 days in advance by calling the golf shop at 303-444-2114. Availability: Monday - Thursday anytime. Friday - Sunday after 1pm. Pricing: Monday - Thursday $62 course fee, $23 cart fee. Friday - Sunday $74 course fee, $23 cart fee. Range included.

Electronic Scoring: Official scoring will be completed through your mobile device. Click HERE to view mobile scoring instructions. 

 

Food & Beverage: Lunch will be provided following play, included in entry. 

 

Score Posting: The CGA will post scores for players.
