The field for the 2023 One-Day Tournament of Champions will be set using the One-Day Event Player Rankings. Entries will be accepted for the top 100 players as of October 3. Pairing Requests
|
- If you submitted a grouping request when you registered, we will place you in a cart with those listed. Check the "Players" page in the Pairings drop down above to check your pairing request. If you have not yet registered, you can fill out the pairing request in the registration process.
- All VSGA One-Day Events will require two riders per cart and individual carts will not be available. Groupings and starting holes will be sent out by 5:00 p.m. the day prior to the event, and will not be displayed on the event portal until that time.

Prizes
|
- Gross and net winners in each flight receive gift certificates valid in the golf shop where the event is being played that day. The total number of prizes will depend on the number of participants.
- The VSGA is not responsible for any unclaimed or unredeemed merchandise certificates/gift cards after the date of the One-Day event.
- The VSGA will not replace any lost or unclaimed merchandise certificates/gift cards after a tournament is played. If you are unable to stay for scoring, prizes will be left with the club’s golf shop.
- Expiration dates are at the club's discretion.

Withdrawals
|
- Credits must be requested by calling or emailing the VSGA. No credits will be issued if the player processes their withdrawal through the website.
- Credits must be used, or refunds for credits must be requested in accordance with the policy below, by the final 2023 One-Day Event.
- If a refund is requested, the following will apply:
- If a participant withdraws at least five (5) days prior to the day of the event - refund is subject to a $10 administrative fee;
- If a participant withdraws less than five (5) days prior to the day of the event - no refund will be given.

Food and Beverage
|
- Food and beverage options are available based on the club’s discretion and availability.
- Any changes or updates to the food and beverage schedule will be communicated in player information email prior to the event.
