2023 - Women's Four-Ball Championship

Eligibility:  Amateur golfers who have an active RIGA/GHIN handicap and are RIGA Members.

Tournament Format:
Aug. 21, 2023 - Wanumetonomy G&CC

Two-Person Sign-up. 80 player maximum.
Strokes off low player

There is a max 10-stroke differential between partners
Players will play to 100% of their handicap.
 
Round Robin Format  (27 Holes)
Shotgun 8:30 a.m.

10 Divisions composed of four 2-person teams will be organized by handicap. 

Three nine-hole matches and a three-hole playoff for divisions winners to decide overall champions.
 

First Division - will be lowest handicap four two-person teams and they will play without shots during the three nine-hole matches

 

There will be a policy instituted for the maximum amount of points a team may win if their opponents withdraw due to medical issue during round.

Boxed Lunch following second match and hors d'oeuvres following third match are included.

Maximum handicap a player can may use is 36.  
Handicaps used will be Aug. 18, 2023

Entries - Form, Fee, Closing Date:  Entrants are solely responsible for securing and returning completed entry form by the due date. Entries must be received at the RIGA office by Aug. 13, 2023 and be accompanied by the entry fee of $200.00 per team.
 
You may enter online using a credit card at www.rigalinks.org up until the entry deadline.  
 
Cart and Caddie policy: Carts are required and fees are included in the entry fee.
 
Dress Code: Proper dress is required at all times. Spikeless shoes are mandatory.
 

Conditions/Schedules: The RIGA reserves the right to alter any of the conditions and schedules herein. The decision of the RIGA in any matter shall be final.

 

Important: Entries must be received by Aug. 13, 2023. Completed entry form must be accompanied by entry fee of $200.00 (Made payable to RIGA). If you withdraw from an event before the registration closes there will be a $5 transaction fee. If you withdraw from an event after the registration closes, there will be no refunds given. You may find a substitution and work out payment between each other. No Faxed Entries
