ENTRY FEE
$180 per player.
- $80 for qualifying.
- $100 to advance to championship.
FORMAT
18-hole stroke-play qualifying round on Day 1. The top 32 players from the Senior Division, the top 16 players from the Super-Senior Division, and the top 8 players from the Legends Division will advance to the match play portion of the Championship. Seeding will be determined by the Stroke Play Qualifying Round.
(This is separate from the regional qualifier which is required to advance to the championship site at Alpine)
FIELD SIZE
Senior - 48 Players, Super-Senior - 24 Players, Legends - 12 Players
*The UGA reserves the right to adjust field size & bracket size based on qualifier entries*
ELIGIBILITY
All UGA members who are 50 years of age or older as of the first day of the match play competition are eligible to compete. Players who wish to compete in the Super-Senior Division must be 60 years of age or older as of the first day of the match play competition. Players who wish to compete in the Legends Division must be 70 years of age or older as of the first day of the match play competition.
REGISTRATION FOR CHAMPIONSHIP PROPER
If you qualify for the Championship, then your card will automatically be charged $100, and you will be placed in the Championship field. You no longer will need to register for the Championship once you qualify. The deadline to withdraw and receive a full refund minus a $20 administration fee will be August 21st at 4:00pm. Any withdrawal after that deadline and before the first day of the Championship will receive a 50% refund
STARTING TIMES
Starting times will be e-mailed to players after the registration deadline has passed.
PRACTICE ROUNDS
Competitors will be eligible to play one complementary practice round once they've qualified (or become exempt) with the following restrictions:

FLIGHT INFORMATION
The tournament will have a Championship Division (age 50+, gross only), a Super-Senior Division (age 60+, gross only), and a Legends Division (age 70+, gross only).

Day 1 (AM) – Stroke Play Qualifying Round
Day 2 (AM) - Round of 32 (Senior); Round of 16 (Super-Senior); Quarter-Finals (Legends)
Day 2 (PM) – Round of 16 (Senior Division Only)
Day 3 (AM) – Quarter-Finals (Senior & Super Senior), Semi-Finals (Legends)
Day 3 (PM) – Semi-Finals (Senior & Super Senior)
Day 4 (AM) – Finals (Senior, Super Senior & Legends)
REFUNDS AND WITHDRAWALS
If a player withdraws prior to the registration deadline the player will receive a refund minus a $20 cancellation fee. After the deadline, the player will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued if a player withdraws/no-shows on the day of the event. A business day starts at 12:01 am of that day. In team competitions, if a player needs a substitute for his original partner after the field has closed; he must arrange to get the substitute. Any substitute must meet all eligibility requirements of the specified competition. The UGA must be notified of any substitutions prior to the start of the tournament.
