Open to female amateur golfers ages 50 and over as of May 31, 2023.

FORMAT Players will be placed into one of four flights based on handicap index. Once in flights, players will be randomly drawn into one of two pods of four players each. Each player will be guaranteed to play three matches in their pod. Nassau scoring will be utilized in pod play where one point will be awarded for a win and 1/2 point will be awarded for a tie for front, back and overall results. The player in each pod with the most pod play points will advance to the elimination bracket.
Wednesday, May 31 - First round of pod match play. Thursday, June 1 - Second round of pod match play. Friday, June 2 - Third round of pod match play. Playoffs to advance, if necessary. Saturday, June 3 - Flight Championship Matches. |
PRACTICE ROUND One practice round per player. Practice rounds will be available on the designated times below two weeks prior to the competition. Please call the pro shop to reserve your practice round starting time after you have received your acceptance confirmation on May 18th. Practice round cart and range fee is $50 plus tax. Credit cards and cash accepted. Practice round tee times are available two weeks prior to the event on a space available basis. |

GOLF SHOP & DRIVING RANGE The golf shop and driving range will open by 7:00 a.m. each day of competition. |
STARTING TIMES Starting times for tournament play will be assigned by the GSGA and posted at the club the day before the competition starts. You may visit www.gsga.org for complete pairing information and starting times beginning on May 29th. |
REGISTRATION No formal registration will be held on site. Player withdraws must be called or e-mailed to the GSGA office so that an alternate may be contacted. CARTS Cart fees for the the stroke play qualifying round and all match play rounds are included with the entry fee. |

FOOD SERVICE Food service will be available in the clubhouse beginning at 8:00 a.m. each day, the club will have hot dogs, sandwiches and snacks available, and breakfast sandwiches available in the morning. Credit cards and cash will be accepted. Bottled water and snacks will be provided on the 1st tee. |
PRIZES Prizes will be awarded to the winner and a number of players advancing to match play in each flight. |
REFUND POLICY A $30 service charge will be retained by the GSGA on all refunds granted prior to the close of entries. Entry fees will not be refunded after entries close unless there is a waiting list and your spot can be filled.
