Clubhouse Availability - The clubhouse, locker rooms, restaurant and halfway house are available for all competitors.  

Eligibility - Professional: All PGA Members and Associates (must have passed the PAT) in active classifications. 

Based on Section 5.09 - Receiving Entries in the Tournament Rules and Regulations, all tournament entries will be accepted based on the following priority listing if the maximum field size limit is reached:

1. PGA member in good standing and a TPD member.
2. PGA member in good standing and a Non-TPD member.
3. PGA associate in good standing and a TPD member.
4. PGA associate in good standing and a Non-TPD member.
5. Pre-associate in good standing and a TPD member.
6. Pre-associate in good standing and a Non-TPD member.

Amateurs:  The DVO Open is available to all amateurs with a handicap index of 5.0 or lower.

Facility Fees - All facility fees have been included in the entry fee which include cart and range.

Field Size - The field size is limited to 144 players.

Format - Individual stroke play.

POY Points Event - This is an PPGA POY, Skee Riegel Senior POY and a Super Senior POY points event.

Silvercrest Cup Qualifier - 54 players will earn their spot in the 2023 Silvercrest Cup via four qualifying events (Listed below) based on a cumulative points system from their performance in each event.  The 2023 Silvercrest Cup will feature a $30,000 purse with the champion set to receive $15,000.  In addition to the final purse, each qualifying event will include a bonus pool of $3,000, to be shared between each qualifier's champion and runner-up.
