ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • Gender: The Tour is open to all male amateur golfers.
  • Membership: Players must be a member of the Senior Series Tour $70
  • Age: 50+
  • USGA Handicap Index - all players must have a current GHIN handicap
  • Must live in a state that is contiguous with the state Missouri.

 

REGISTRATION NOTES

Players can start registering for any/all events on March 2 at 9 AM. All registrations close 7 days prior to the event. However, the Tour is very popular among our members and we encourage you to register as soon as you know your schedule. If the event is full when you register you will automatically go to the wait list and you will not be charged until a spot becomes available.

 

FLIGHTS/YARDAGES

A Player will compete in the age division based on his age as of April 17, 2023.  This date will determine your age division placement for the entire 2023 Senior Series Tour Season.


50-58 Net

*Net - course handicap will be adjusted to 95% of Playing Handicap (WHS Rule 6.2 & Appendix C)

SENIOR SERIES DIVISION POLICY
From time to time, we have a playing division that has 3 or less players registered. When this happens, we will combine the division with the fewest players to the next division. The payout and point distribution will not change. It will be treated as a normal set of division players. Example if John is registered in the 50-54 division and now is competing in the 50-59 division and finishes 3rd he will receive third place points and 3rd place payout.

 

 ENTRY INFORMATION

  • Entries: Player must register online prior to the established deadline.
  • Fee: Each SS event is $90 unless otherwise noted.  Entry fee includes, golf, cart and range balls
  • Member at Club: The fee to enter a SS event at your home club (1) is reduced to $70. You must call the MGA to register (excludes the Tour Championship at Meadow Lake Acres CC)
  • Deadline: Entries must be received prior to the deadline - 7 days prior
  • Refund Policy: If refunds are requested at least 7 days prior to the event, the $90 entry fee minus a processing fee of $25 will be reimbursed (for a total of $65). Notify us of refunds at 573-636-8994 or via email. If a refund is requested less than 7 days prior to the event, no refund will be issued.
  • Rain out: Entry fee refunds will be made minus a $5 credit card fee

 

CHAMPIONSHIPS, FORMAT, & SCHEDULE

Each date/site is One Event and we schedule it as such so you have one night stay.
Note: Senior Series event at Buffalo Ridge and Ozarks National is a two day event.

CARTS AND CADDIES
Carts are included in your entry fee. Caddies are not allowed.

 

PRIZES
Winners - Golf Shop gift certificates are awarded in each division.

 

 

ACCOMMODATIONS
Drury is the preferred hotel of the MGA. These rates are available at all Drury Hotels chain-wide.
