69th NJSGA Junior Girls' Championship

ELIGIBILITY:
Entries open to amateur golfers who meet ALL of the following:

-Entrant into the Girls' Championship must be 18 years of age or younger as of July 5, 2023, and not attending college.

-Entrant must possess UNQUESTIONABLE Amateur Status.

-Entrant meet ALL of these Handicap and Membership Requirements:

• Hold a USGA Handicap Index as of the July 5, 2023 Handicap Revision at a NJSGA member club/course. She must be listed on this club’s GHIN Handicap Roster. 
• Maintain good standing and remain on the above Handicap Roster through the Championship proper.

-If entering from a public facility, or Club Without Real Estate, entrant must be a resident of New Jersey. Proof of residency may be required.

JUNIOR GIRLS CHAMPIONSHIP FORMAT:
An eighteen (18) hole, Stroke Play qualifying round will be held on Wednesday, July 5. The low 8 scorers will advance to two days (three rounds) of Match Play on Thursday, July 6 and Friday, July 7. Two rounds of Match Play will be played on Thursday and the finals will be played on Friday morning. 

Transportation: Motorized transportation is PROHIBITED throughout this Championship. Spectator carts are NOT permitted.
Caddies: Prohibited in this competition.
Pull/Push Carts: Permitted in this competition.

FINAL DECISION REGARDING ACCEPTANCE OF ENTRIES IS AT THE DISCRETION OF THE NJSGA. THE NJSGA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT OR WITHDRAW AN ENTRY AT ANY TIME, BEFORE OR DURING A COMPETITION OR MODIFY THE CHAMPIONSHIP PROGRAM ANYTIME, IN ITS DISCRETION.
