2023 STROKE PLAY CHAMPIONSHIP PROGRAM >
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Gender: The Championship is open to male amateur golfers.
- Membership: Players must be a member of the MGA.
- Age: There is no age requirement for this event.
- USGA Handicap Index: Players must have an up-to-date USGA Handicap Index.
- Must Live in a state that is contiguous with the state Missouri.
ENTRY INFORMATION
- Entries: Player must register online prior to the established deadline (see below).
- Fee: This championship entry fee $200.
- Deadline: Entries must be received prior to the deadline (5 PM, on July 10, 2023,
- Refund Policy: A portion of the entry fee, will be based on the schedule below, will be refunded regardless of reason if the MGA is notified 573-636-8994 or via email: Prior to Deadline: Entry fee less $30. After the Deadline: No Refund.
ENTRY FEE INCLUDES: The championship rounds and range balls. Players are responsible for cart fee for the practice round and championship rounds if they choose to ride.
CADDIES
Caddies are permitted for the Missouri Stroke Play Championship. So, if the group has more than 1 caddie then the group must work out the cart situation. Only 2 carts in a group is mandatory.

Practice round information
Players that live in the St. Louis Metropolitan area must play the practice round the days leading up to the Championship. Please call the WingHaven Golf Shop to make that tee time. Below you will find the dates for you to do this:
July 11, 12, 13 for local players (club discretion on tee times). Please pair them, try not to let singles out.
For the players who live out of St. Louis area, your practice round will be on the 16th after 2 p.m. and you can call the golf shop. If you would prefer to play on a different day that is listed above, then please call the golf shop to set that up as well.
July 16 after 2 p.m. is for Out of Towners.

Cut to low 50 and ties

AM – Third round, 18 holes
PM – Final round, 18 holes
This is a MGA Point Event
PRIZES
Winner- appropriate award and the Traveling Trophy for one year.
Runner Up – Award
Top 25 finishers will receive gift certificates from pro shop.
