Singapore Classic 2023 - Qualifier Tournament Waivers
Photography/Videography Consent
- I give my consent to the Organizing Committee, Host Club, Sponsors, Co-sponsors and Sanctioning Body to:
- To take photographs, film or take videos in my involvement in this event.
- To use, reproduce, exhibit or distribute these recording in whole or in part in perpetuity in any and all media (including print and electronic publication, internet or other electronic communication) for any purpose deemed appropriate (including promotional, advertising and any commercial or non-commercial use)
- That my name and identity may be revealed in descriptive text or commentary in connection with the image(s).
- I hereby release the Organizing Committee, Host Club, Sponsors, Co-sponsors and Sanctioning Body and any third party involved in the creation or publication of marketing materials, from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation.
- All negatives, prints & digital reproductions shall be the property of the Organizing Committee, Host Club, Sponsors, Co-sponsors and Sanctioning Body.
Porsche Singapore Classic Qualifier Conditions
- I certify that the facts in my application are true and I understand that my application will be revoked if any information is found to be falsified.
- I acknowledge and give consent for the organizer to share my information with relevant 3rd parties for the purpose of verification of my application and registration in this competition.
- I agree that in consideration of the Host Club accepting this entry, the Organizing Committee, Sponsor, Co-sponsors, Sanctioning Body and/or the Host Club shall be indemnified of all claims for any loss, damage or harm, or any form of injuries that I/the participant may suffer as a result of their participation in this tournament.
- I confirm that I have a valid golfers’ insurance
- I acknowledge that in order to complete my application, (1) I need to email my current Professional Member/Tour Card (for professional golfer applicants) or my Handicap Association Card (for amateur golfer applicants) to sc@lagunanational.com with the Subject: "Singapore Classic Qualifier - <Applicant's Full Name>" and (2) I also need to settle my entry fee immediately after receiving the payment details from the Organizing Committee.
- I am aware that I am solely responsible for my entry into Singapore and accept all responsibility for any visa or entry requirements that I need to abide by.
- I have read and agree to the Terms of Competition.
- Entries will be accepted at the discretion of the Organizing Committee and the decision will be final.
