REGISTRATION DEADLINE – 16 DAYS OUT!
Tuesday, April 5th at 6pm PST
START TIMES:
Round 1: 9:30am-1:00pm.
Tee-ing Order: Senior Division, Professionals & Championship Amateur Division
Round 2: 7:30am-12pm.
Tee-ing Order: Senior Division followed by the Championship Amateur & Professional Division (combined) with leaders off last in both cases.
THREE DIVISIONS:
Professional (Men’s & Women’s combined)
Men’s & Women’s Championship Division (4.0 & under)
Men’s & Women’s Senior Division (55+ years & 8.0 & under index)
Full Field Size: 100 players (40 Pros & 60 Amateurs)
Professional Purse: $13,000*.
First place: $3,000*. Top 35% of Professionals will be paid out.
Amateur Prize Purse: $3,100* ($60/player in prizing & tee-gifts).
- The top 25% of the Amateur field within each Division will win a share of the prizing.
*(based on full field in each division)
NEW FOR ELITE AMATEURS IN 2022:
Amateurs may choose to pay an additional $100 to compete against the Pros in the ‘OPEN’ field for the Open Purse. They can win a maximum cash prize of $1,200. Their $100 fee paid will go directly into the “Open Purse” along with another $30 that would have been allocated to Amateur prizing.
For Example: If 10 Amateurs decide to play in the ‘Open’ field vs. the Pros, the purse will increase from $13,000 to $14,300.
Every Amateur registering in the ‘Open’ field will count for 1/3 Pro when considering the overall field size and purse payout.
For example:
If 40 Pros in field. Purse payout = 35% = Top 14 will be paid out a share of the $13,000 purse
If 40 Pros + 10 Amateurs in Open field. Purse payout = 35% of Pros = 14
plus 35% of Amateurs (in this case 10) x 1/3 = one more spot. So in this scenario, the top 15 will be paid out a share of the $14,300 purse.
Women’s Divisions*: Female Championship Division Amateurs and Female Senior Division players will compete in their own Division by gender so long as there are a minimum of 5 women registered in that Division.
If there are less than 5 women registered in the Championship or Senior Division, then female golfers will compete against male Championship or Senior Division golfers in their appropriate division.
In this case, female golfers will play off an equitable yardage (approx. 15% shorter than men).
Top Amateur results will earn VGT Prize Credits that can be cashed in for the following premium brands:
BUSHNELL CLEVELAND GOLF SRIXON TRAVIS MATHEW
MAUI JIM ASICS GOLF SHOES NIKE GOLF NEW BALANCE GOLF
GALVIN GREEN BIG MAX CARTS/BAGS 2UNDR PROJEKT LUGGAGE

PROGRESSIVE HOLE-IN-ONE JACKPOT - $5,000 HOLE-IN-ONES!
- In order to qualify for the Hole-in-one (H.I.O) JACKPOT offered at a VGT event, a player must be entered into the $20 skins game/hole-in-one pot for that event. If there is no winner of the hole-in-one at VGT event, the current hole-in-one pot will carry over to the next event until we have a winner of the jackpot.
- If the jackpot accumulates to $5,000, it will be cut-off at $5,000 and the first eligible person (see above) to score a hole-in-one on an eligible jackpot hole will receive the $5,000 payout.
- As of March 9th, we have 3 x $5,000 Hole-in-One Jackpot prizes up for grabs!!
- If we have a winner of the 1st $5,000 Jackpot, then then the eligible person to score a hole-in-one in the event would win the 2nd $5,000 Prize and if a 3rd person scored a hole-in-one during this event they would win the 3rd $5,000 Prize. Any additional hole-in-ones at this event would not qualify for prizing since all 3 prizes would have been won already.
- Due to the skill difference of Pros versus the Amateurs in the field, we level the playing field for the JACKPOT two ways:
- By allowing the Senior Division amateurs to tee-off a shorter designated tee-box at various times compared to Professionals and Championship Amateurs.
- VGT hosts numerous Amateur only events where Amateurs have a chance to win the JACKPOT without Pros in the field.
