ELIGIBILITY Entrant must be a member of a full-service Ohio Golf Association member club with an active WHS handicap index. Entrant must not have reached their 19th birthday on or before July 8, 2022. No practice round included in entry fee.

RULES Rules of Golf will govern all play except for local rules approved by CDGA.

FORMAT 36 holes stroke play qualifier on Tuesday and Wednesday at Kinsale Golf & FC.
The top 8 boys, regardless of age will begin match play on Thursday at Rattlesnake Ridge GC. The top 4 boys 15 & under who did not make the championship bracket will begin match play on Thursday at Rattlesnake Ridge GC. The top 4 girls will begin match play on Thursday at Rattlesnake Ridge GC.
Final matches are on Friday at Wedgewood Golf & CC.

ENTRY Entry is subject to approval or rejection at any time by the CDGA Tournament Committee. No practice round is included in the entry fee. All refunds are subject to a $5 service fee.

ENTRY FEE $110.00. Entry includes lunch each day for players. Fee will not be refunded after deadline unless contestant submits a written medical excuse.

DEADLINE June 28, 2022, 11:59 p.m. (or when field is full). No tee entries.

CADDIES NO CADDIES PERMITTED. Parents must remain a reasonable distance from play, at least 50 yards. After the first warning, the player will be disqualified.

DRESS CODE A proper dress code will be enforced all four days. NO JEANS, CUTOFFS OR RUNNING SHORTS. Ball caps will be worn correctly, and shirts tucked in. No caps worn indoors at any time. Players who fail to follow this code are subject to disqualification.

TEE TIMES Requested tee times cannot be guaranteed. Copies of starting times will be sent by email to Contestants approximately one week in advance. Starting times will also be posted to CDGAGOLF.org.
