Practice Rounds: A practice round may be scheduled by contacting the Webhannet pro shop at (207) 967-2061 and identifying yourself as a competitor in the field. Practice rounds are available for players only. Players may play a practice round on July 5, 6 or 11. The cost of a practice round is $40. Carts are additional and the responsibility of the player.

Starting Times:  Play in the first wave will begin in the first and second rounds at 7:30 a.m. off the 1st and 10th tees. The second wave will begin at 12:00 p.m. off the 1st and 10th tees. See the "Tee Times" tab above to view the pairings and starting times.

Withdrawals:  Please advise Maine Golf immediately by emailing info@mainegolf.org if you are unable to compete. Failure to advise Maine Golf of a withdrawal may disqualify the player from future competitions.

Cut Information: After 36 holes, the field will be cut to the low 40 players (and ties) to advance to the final round. Any player making the cut will be exempt into the 2023 Maine Amateur Championship.

Automotive Transportation: The use of automotive transportation is permitted. Due to cart availability, players may be paired up with other riders in their group.  No more than two carts will be permitted in any group.

Caddies & Push Carts: Players are permitted to employ a caddy and/or use a push cart.

Competition Tees / Yardage: Competition tees and yardages are approximate and subject to change. Play will be from the Maine Golf white tee markers, which will correspond roughly with the BLUE tee yardage (approx. 6,100 yards - Par 71).

Golf Shop, Locker Room and Practice Facilities: The pro shop and clubhouse facilities will be open and available at 6:30 a.m. every day of the tournament. As there is no driving range at Webhannet, Hillcrest Driving Range (1.5 miles from the club) will open each day of the tournament at 6:00 a.m.

Food & Beverage: Food and beverage options may be limited at the clubhouse, so players should plan accordingly. The snack shack adjacent to the 8th tee will be open during the competition for players to purchase food and beverage.
