CHAMPIONSHIP DETAILS

 

Dates: Tuesday, September 06, 2022 - Friday, September 09, 2022

 

Site: Aspen Lakes Golf Club | Sisters, Ore.

 

Eligibility: Entries are open to male amateur golfers who are at least 50 years of age as of September 6, 2022 with Handicap Indexes of 18.1 or less. All entrants must be members in good standing of an OGA Member Club.

 

Format: The Senior defending Men’s Champion Russell Humphrey and 31 finishers from the 18-hole stroke play qualifier will advance to the single elimination Championship flight match play portion of the competition, with the remaining entrants placed in single elimination match play flights according to score.

 

Entry Fee: $200

 

Entry Includes

• One practice round and two guaranteed rounds of competition
• OGA hosted lunch
• Tee prizes
• Special awards from Jones Sports Co. will be awarded to Men's Champions

 

Field Limit: The field will be limited to 96 players. Entries will be accepted according to the date and time of receipt of entry and entry fee.

 

Exemptions: All past Senior Amateur Champions are eligible for guaranteed entry into the Championship. Exempt players must meet the eligibility requirements and file an entry by the deadline.
