118th Open Championship Qualifying

Registration Fee: $170 Amateur / $220 Professional
Format: 18-hole individual stroke play.
Eligibility: The field will consist of professionals who are active members of the Philadelphia Section PGA in good standing (the A-4 classification is not eligible), head professionals of GAP Member Clubs, assistant professionals of GAP Member Clubs who are active members of the New Jersey Section PGA and male amateurs who are members of GAP Member Clubs and have a Handicap Index of 7.0 or less.
Field Size: The field is limited to the first 144 players entered.
Practice Rounds: Practice rounds have not been made available for this event.
Starting Times: Morning and afternoon starting times on Nos. 1 and 10.
Automotive Transportation: Carts are required.
Qualifying Positions: The number of qualifying positions available is based on the number of exempt entries and the number of entries at the qualifying sites. This information will be available in the Players Information after the entry close.
Ties: The qualifying number and ties will gain entrance into the Championship. There will be no playoff for qualifying positions or alternates.
