ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

• Gender: The Championship is open to male amateur golfers.
• Membership: Players must be a member of the MGA.
• Age: 50 and over
• USGA Handicap Index: Players must have an up-to-date USGA Handicap Index.

 ENTRY INFORMATION

• Entries: Player must register online prior to the established deadline (7 days prior to start date).
• Fee: This championship entry fee $400 per team.
• ENTRY FEE INCLUDES
  Championship Rounds, Range Balls, and Cart Fees for the championship rounds.
  Cart fees for the practice round is not included.
• Deadline: Entries must be received prior to the deadline (Time on Date)
• Refund Policy: A portion of the entry fee will be refunded regardless of reason if the MGA is notified 573-636-8994 or via email: Prior to Deadline: Entry fee less $30. After the Deadline: No Refund.

• Format & Schedule:
• Friday Practice Round – June
• Saturday  June
  First-round, 18 holes Best Ball
  double tee starts at 8 & 12:30 tee times
• Sunday – June
  Second Round, 18 holes Best Ball
  double tee starts at 8 & 12:30 tee times

 

This event is a MGA Point Event

 

DIVISIONS
Championship – 6500 yards

Champ 65 and over – 6000 yards

Net 50-59  6000 yards

Net 60-69 5800 – 6000 yards

Net 70 + 5600-5800 yards

Players’ Handicaps will be certified 7 days prior to the first day of the tournament
85% of Handicap allowance

 

CADDIES

Caddies are not allowed in this event

 

 

GOLF CARTS

The use of a motorized golf cart (push carts are approved without restriction) for this championship
