2021 U.S. Girls Junior Amateur Qualifying - George Wright

Practice Rounds: Players may schedule one practice round with the club by contacting the George Wright Pro Shop. Practice rounds are available on Monday - Thursday between 6:00am and 1:00pm (subject to availability) and arrangements must be made in advance with the George Wright Pro Shop. Players who wish to schedule additional practice rounds or a practice round outside of the stated time window may book a tee time at the posted rate.
The USGA & Mass Golf request that players play no more than one golf ball during their practice round and arrive no more than 30 minutes prior to their scheduled practice round time.

Starting Times: Starting times and pairings will be posted by Friday, May 28th. Players may view starting times by clicking the "Starting Times" tab above. Note: This qualifier will take place concurerently with the U.S. Junior Amateur Qualifier.
Withdrawals: Please advise the Mass Golf office immediately by e-mailing ghowell@massgolf.org if you are unable to compete. Failure to advise the Mass Golf office may disqualify the player from future USGA competition. If there is a need to call the Mass Golf office after the close of business on the day prior to the qualifier, please e-mail Greg Howell at ghowell@massgolf.org.
Qualifying & Alternate Spots Available: 3 Qualifying places and 2 alternates. Qualifying players will advance to the 72nd U.S. Girls Junior Amateur July 12 - 17 at Columbia Country Club (Chevy Chase, MD)
Distance Devices: The use of distance measuring devices is permitted.
Automotive Transportation: The use of automotive transportation will NOT be permitted. Pull/push carts will be permitted.
Caddies: Caddies are permitted for the qualifying round & Championship Proper. EXCEPTION: A player must not use a parent, step parent, or guardian as a caddie during Qualifying or the Championship proper
Golf Ball: The One-Ball Rule will be in effect. See Appendix I of the Rules of Golf.
Competition Tees/ Yardage: An approximate yardage chart is listed below. Please note, these yardages are subject to change for the day of the qualifier.

Practice Facilities: There is no driving range or practice facility at George Wright GC. Players will be provided alternative practice options prior to the Competition.
Food & Beverage: Food & Beverage are available at the player's cost beginning at 7:00am throughout the day of the qualifier. CASH & CREDIT are both accepted.
Dress Code: Please observe the USGA dress code as stated in the application.
*Please also review the 2021 USGA Hard Card and other policies located under the tab labled "USGA Policies" prior to competion.
*There will be no regsitration on the day of the event - please report to your scheduled starting hole to recieve local rules, scorecard, etc. 10 minutes prior to your starting time.
