2021 U.S. Open Qualifying - Crumpin-Fox

Practice Rounds: Beginning April 22, a practice round may be scheduled by calling the golf shop and identifying yourself as a competitor in the field. Practice rounds available for competitors only and each player is limited to one practice round. Mass Golf and the USGA requests that each player play only one ball at each hole during the practice round. Please arrive to the club no more than 30 minutes prior to your scheduled practice round. There will be a mandatory $25/player trail fee for a practice round.

Starting Times: Play will begin at 8:00am. Pairings & Starting Times will be available on Friday, April 23rd. When available, players can access starting times by clicking the "Starting Times" tab above.
Withdrawals: Please advise the Mass Golf office immediately by e-mailing ghowell@massgolf.org if you are unable to compete. Failure to advise the Mass Golf office may disqualify the player from future USGA competition. If there is a need to call the Mass Golf office after the close of business on the day prior to the qualifier, please e-mail Greg Howell at ghowell@massgolf.org.
Qualifying & Alternate Spots Available: 4 Qualifying Spots and 2 Alternates. Qualifying players will advance to Second Stage Qualifying for the U.S. Open Championship at Torrey Pines GC (San Diego, CA).
Distance Devices: The use of distance measuring devices is permitted.
Automotive Transportation: The use of automotive transportation will NOT be permitted during the player's round. Pull/push carts will be permitted.
Caddies & Push Carts: Players are permitted to employ a caddy and/or use a push cart.
Golf Ball: The One-Ball Rule will be in effect. See Appendix I of the Rules of Golf.
Competition Tees/ Yardage: An approximate yardage chart is listed below. Black club tees are noted with a 'K' and blue club tees are noted with an 'E'

Golf Shop, Locker Room and Practice Facilities: The practice facilities will be open and available at 7:00 am. Access to facilities may be limited due to COVID-19 policies set by the state of Massachusetts, Mass Golf, the USGA, or the host facility. Please follow & observe any signage or instructions received in regards to COVID policies.
Food & Beverage: Breakfast & Lunch will be available for purchase for competitors, caddies, etc. Cash and Credit Card are both accepted.
Dress Code: Please observe the USGA dress code as stated in the application.
*Please also review the 2021 USGA Hard Card and other policies located under the tab labled "USGA Policies" prior to competion.
*There will be no regsitration on the day of the event - please report to your scheduled starting hole to recieve local rules, scorecard, etc. 10 minutes prior to your starting time.
