2021 KPGA Match Play Championship(s)

 

 

All players will be seeded by their 2020 Player of the Year results. The criteria for these rankings will be the following:

 

• Players who have not accumulated POY points from the 2020 KPGA calendar of events will be assigned their seed by the KPGA Tournament Committee. That process will include previous or current rankings on points list from former section affiliations. The committee will also consider the player's known playing abilities, if applicable. If a player is changing divisions (Assistants to Members / Members to Seniors), previous points rankings will be considered for seed placement. 

 

• Match Play Brackets will be determined and announced during the week of May 21 and players notified of each match's deadline. Players are responsible for scheduling and playing their own matches.  Results will be returned to the KPGA Tournament Director no more than 72 hours after completion by email, phone message or text. If a match is not completed by the deadline, players will have the option to determine the winner by concession or by draw.
   
• Member Division quarter-finals, semi-finals matches are scheduled for Monday, October 18th. All divisions final matches are scheduled for Tuesday, October 19th. Louisville Country Club will host all of these matches. Times will be announced at a later date.

ROUND 2 DEADLINE- September 3, 2021 11:59p.m.

SEMI-FINALS DEADLINE-October 8, 2021 11:59p.m.

FINALS- October 19, 2021 @ Louisville Country Club
