EVENT:  2021 RDGA New York High School Invitational

 

DATES: Saturday-Sunday, June 5-6, 2021

TEE TIMES:  Holes #1 & 10, starting at Noon both days

LOCATION:  Deerfield G&CC, 100 Craig Hill Dr, Brockport, NY 14420

FIELD SIZE:  84 players

ENTRY FEE:  $100 / player

NEW ADD-ON OPTION:  For an additional $20 RDGA New York High School Invitational participants can "opt-in" to try and qualify for a spot in the Nothah Begay III Junior Golf National Championship, Connecticut Regional Qualifier to be held July 6-7 at Lake of Isles - North Course in North Stonington, CT.

FORMAT:  Stroke Play, 36 Hole, 18 holes each day

DIVISION:  High School Girls (ages 13-18), High School Boys (ages 13-18)

YARDAGE:  Girls Approximately 6000*, Boys Approximately 7000*

                          *Collegiate level yardages assisting junior golfers & college coaches with recruiting

 

ELIGIBILITY: 

 

  • Any New York State Interscholastic High School golfer is invited and eligible to submit an application to play in this tournament.

REGISTRATION: 

  • Application for registrations are being accepted until May 29 at 11:59 PM

 

 

 

WHAT'S AT STAKE:

  • Top 3 Girls and 3 Boys finishers will qualify to receive an Invitation to the 2021 High School Golf National Invitational to be held at Pinehurst in June to represent New York State
  • Junior Golf Scoreboard Rankings
  • Global Junior Golf Rankings

  • New!!! Top 5 Girls and 5 Boys finishers:  For an additional $20 RDGA New York High School Invitational participants can "opt-in" to try and qualify for a spot in the NB3 JGNC Connecticut Regional Qualifier to be held July 6-7 at Lake of Isles - North Course in North Stonington, CT.

    • An email will be sent on Monday May 24 to those already registered to "opt-in" if they would like to. 

       

 

 

ABOUT:

New York State Interscholastic High School Golfers (public and private) are invited to register to play in the 2021 RDGA New York High School Invitational, to be played at Deerfield Golf & Country Club on the weekend of June 5 and 6, in Rochester, NY.

 

The top 3 overall Girls and Boys finishers will qualify for an Invitation to play in the 2021 High School Golf National Invitational representing the state of New York.

 

To assist College Coaches and aspiring Collegiate Golfers the participants will be playing at approximately 6000 yards for girls and 7000 yards for boys.

 

The RDGA New York High School Invitational will be a Junior Golf Scoreboard Ranked and Global Junior Golf Rankings tournament.
