Tuesday, June 8th -- First round (18 holes) - 8:00 am #1 and #10, 12:30 pm #1 and #10
Wednesday, June 9th -- Second round (18 holes) - 8:00 am #1 and #10, 12:30 pm #1 and #10  (CUT MADE)
Thursday, June 10th -- Third round (18 holes) - 8:00 am #1 and #10

Players Lunch
As part of your entry fee, lunch is provided to all players during the first two rounds (Tuesday & Wednesday) of the championship.  More information on lunches will be provided at player registration on Monday, June 7th.  There will be no lunch provided following Thursday's final round.

Practice Round
Please contact Smoky Hill CC pro shop directly to schedule your practice round. They will begin taking reservations one week before the event. Practice rounds will begin after 11:00 a.m. (785) 625-8297

Eligibility
Male and female junior amateurs with an active GHIN number with Central Links Golf member club.  

Entry Fee and Deadline
$120.  Deadline for entry is Monday, May 31 at 11:59 pm.

Format
54 holes of individual stroke play within five age divisions for boys.  54 holes of individual stroke play within one age division for girls.  Following 36 holes there will be a cut to the low 15 and ties in each age division.  Overall Champion to be determined (boys and girls).  The event may be shortened to 36 holes if weather cancels either round.  Trophies will be awarded to the top three in each age division (boys and girls).

Boys Divisions
Five Boys age divisions:

• 14 & Under
• 15 age
• 16 age
• 17 age
• 18 age

Girls Divisions
One Girls age divisions:

• All Girls

Course Set-Up
The golf course will be set-up at approximately:

• 6150 yards - Black tee (boys)
• 5600 yards - White/Gold tee combo (girls)

Notah Begay III Junior Championship Qualifying Spots

Both Champions and Runner Ups will receive a qualifying spot in to the KS Regional at Firekeeper Golf Course on July 20-21st.

Defending Champions
In 2020 at Salina Municipal, Wichita's Cooper Schultz captured the Boys Junior Amateur Championship while Kate Tilma from Wichita was victorious in the Girls Junior Amateur Championship.

Clubhouse and Practice Facilities
Clubhouse and practice facilities open one hour prior to the first starting time.  Practice facilities are for tournament contestants use only.

Carts, Spectators and Caddies
Carts are not allowed for junior events sponsored by Central Links Golf.  Spectator carts may be available at the discretion and price determined by the host club.  Caddies are not allowed for this championship.

Registration
Registration is required for this championship.  The registration table will be located near the clubhouse and/or scoreboard area at the host club.  Players must register prior to their practice round.  At registration, players will sign the player appreciation scroll for the host club, confirm championship starting times and answer any questions that players and/or spectators may have.  

Score Posting
Scores from each round of this championship will be posted to the GHIN Handicap System.

When Competition is Final
The competition is final when the trophy has been presented to the winner or, in the absence of a prize ceremony, when all scores have been approved by the committee. The Result of a match is final when the Committee has approved the result as posted on the public scoreboard.
