CGA Senior Amateur Championship Qualifier #4 - Walking Stick Golf Course

 

 

 

 

*NOTICE: Concurrent 2021 CGA Mid-Amateur Championship Qualifying: This location is also a concurrent qualifier for the CGA Mid-Amateur Championship. Players who wish to attempt to qualify for both events must register for each qualifier separately. The single 18-hole score for the round will count towards both qualifiers. For instance, a player that wishes to compete in both qualifiers would have a registration fee of $95.00 + $95.00 for a total of $190.00. 

Players may also choose to compete in just one of the qualifiers.
 

 

Multiple Registrations: Players may only register for only one (1) qualifier per CGA championship, which does not include the “Last Chance Qualifier”, when applicable. Players may register for the “Last Chance Qualifier” on a space available basis before or after their first qualifier. The "Last Chance Qualifier" is not limited to players who have already competed in a qualifying round. The "Last Chance Qualifier" may be used as a player's first and only qualifying round.

Qualifying Date: Wednesday, Sptember 8th

 

Registration Deadline: 11:59 p.m. MT Wednesday, August 25th

 

Eligibility: Open to all active CGA Members age 55 and older regardless of handicap index.

 

Format: 18 holes of stroke play at gross scoring.

 

Field Size: Maximum of 84 players

 

Qualifying Positions: 7

 

Pairings: Pairings and starting times will be posted no later than Friday, September 3rd.

 

Starting Times: 8:00 a.m. off hole #1 only.

 

Qualifying Entry Fee: $95.00 for qualifying only. Successful qualifiers will need to pay an additional $135.00 for entry into the Championship.

 

Carts: Players may rent a multi-rider cart or single rider, at the player's option.

 

Driving Range: The practice facilities will be available at 7:00 a.m. at no additional charge to the player.

 

Caddies/Spectators: Players may bring their own caddie provided the caddie adheres to social distancing. Spectators are also allowed provided they stay on the cart paths.

 

Mobile Scoring: Players will score on their cell phones. Please CLICK HERE to view the mobile scoring instructions.

 

Distance Measuring Devices: Allowed, provided they measure distance only.

 

Practice Rounds: Available at the posted rate.Available for $36.00 for greens fees and $18.25 for cart fees.

Score Posting: The CGA will post all scores to GHIN as Tournament scores.
