75% Completion Policy - For The Philadelphia Players Championship, the 75% Completion Policy has been modified which is as follows:

If less than 75% of the field completes play, the event would be canceled and replayed on another day if available. If at least 75% of the field completes play, the event will be completed either that day or the following morning if needed. That would include a playoff if necessary.  A "No Card" and "Disqualification" are considered part of the starting field and considered having completed play. A player who has withdrawn from the event before starting play is not considered part of the starting field, while someone who withdraws for an acceptable reason is considered part of the starting field and is considered to have completed play.

For all other one (1) day events, the following policy will apply:
 

If seventy-five percent (75%) of the starting field has completed play and it will be unfeasible for the others to do so on that day, the tournament pay out shall be re-calculated on the basis of the number completing play. Those participants unable to complete play shall be deemed noncompetitors and will be refunded their entry fee. If less than seventy-five (75%) of the starting field completed play, the event will be postponed and canceled. A "No Card" and "Disqualification" are considered part of the starting field.  A player who has withdrawn from the event before starting play is not considered part of the starting field, while someone who withdraws after starting play for an acceptable reason is considered part of the starting field and is considered to have completed play.
 

Clubhouse Availability - The clubhouse, locker rooms, restaurant and halfway house are available for all competitors.  

Eligibility - All PGA Members and Associates in active classifications as of 5 p.m. on Monday, September 6th (Registration Deadline) and Monday, September 20th (Tournament Date) and meet the qualifications below by Friday, August 13, 2021 (Day after 2021 PA Open).  

Registration is by invitation only.  All invited players that have not registered by 5 p.m. on 9/6/21 will forfeit their position and remaining positions will be filled by sponsor invitations.  Players outside the qualifications listed above will not be a part of the field unless invited by tournament host, Scott Hutchinson.

Defending champion is exempted from the above qualifications for 3 years.

Facility Fees - All facility fees have been included in the entry fee which include cart and range.  Lunch is compliments of the members at Lookaway GC.

Field Size - The field size is limited to 78 players.

Format - Individual stroke play.

POY Bonus Points Event - This is an PPGA POY, Skee Riegel Senior POY and a Super Senior POY bonus points event.

Purse - This purse is based on entry fees, the membership at Lookaway GC and the continued support of Scott & Karen Hutchinson which is approximately $25,000.
 

Rain Date - The rain date for The Philadelphia Players Championship is Tuesday, September 21, 2021.
 

Registration Deadline - The deadline to register for the Philadelphia Players Championship for all invited players is at 5 p.m. on Monday, September 6, 2021.  All invited players that have not registered by this date will forfeit their position and remaining positions will be filled by sponsor invitations.
