ENTRY FEE
$160 per player.
- $65 for qualifying.
- $95 to advance to championship.
Each successful qualifiying player will automatically be placed in the Championship field and their card will be charged $95. There will be no need to register for the championship once you have qualified.

18-Holes of Stroke Play Qualifying
QUALIFIER FIELD SIZE
144 players
CHAMPIONSHIP FORMAT
54-Hole stroke play championship. 36 holes on the first day, followed by 18 holes on the second day. The field will be cut after the second round to the low 40 and ties. There are no refunds for those players who do not make the cut.

ELIGIBILITY
All amateur UGA members who have a single digit (9.9 or less) index as of May 1st and are 25 years of age or older as of the first day of competition are eligible to compete.
STARTING TIMES
Starting times will be e-mailed to players after the registration deadline has passed.
PRACTICE ROUNDS
Players will be responsible for scheduling their practice round by calling the host club. Any practice round fee will be the responsibility of the player.
FLIGHT INFORMATION
All players will be competing for the Mid-Amateur Championship. Players 40-49 years of age or older as of the first day of competition will also be competing in the Masters division concurrently. Players 50+ years of age or older as of the first day of competition will also be competing in the Senior Division concurrently.

- Last three champions
- Last two runner-ups
- 3rd-5th Place in 2021
- Low Masters in 2021
- Low Senior in 2021
REFUNDS AND WITHDRAWALS
If a player withdraws prior to the registration deadline the player will receive a refund minus a $20 cancellation fee. After the deadline, the player will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued if a player withdraws/no-shows on the day of the event. A business day starts at 12:01 am of that day. In team competitions, if a player needs a substitute for his original partner after the field has closed; he must arrange to get the substitute. Any substitute must meet all eligibility requirements of the specified competition. The UGA must be notified of any substitutions prior to the start of the tournament.
If a player has tested positive for Covid-19, the player will receive a full refund minus a $20 administration fee and will not be subject to a 50% penalty after the registration deadline. No refunds will be issued if a player withdraws/no-shows on the day of the event.
