Flights A and B will start at Bay Club StoneTree on July 14 and flights C and D will start at Marin CC on July 14.
Some teams in the middle of the field could possibly be notified that their starting course has been changed. This change would be necessary if we had late cancellations or handicap index revisions that affect the tournament field. All notifications of such changes will be made via email at least two days prior to the start of the tournament.

Format:
Team of 4; Stroke Play (Stableford Scoring). Two Day total of two best balls of team of four (85% handicap).
Using each player’s July 5th Handicap Index
- Flights by USGA Handicap Index
- Awards: Equal gross and net awards in each flight
- Wednesday 1:00 p.m. shotgun start at both courses and Thursday 8:30 a.m. shotgun at both courses

All necessary paperwork will be sent to you no later than July 9. No paper materials will be provided or available on site. Please print out and bring with you the following:

Food and Beverage Availability: Please take a moment to fill out the food selection questionnaire by June 29. Click this link.
If you don’t complete the questionnaire, the default will be Chicken sandwich at Marin and Turkey sandwich at Bay Club StoneTree.
Marin:
Boxed Lunch: All lunches include a bag of chips, apple and freshly baked chocolate chip cookie.
Your choice of either: Mediterranean, Roast Beef, or Herb Marinated Chicken sandwich.
Location: Players will pick up at Check-In Table - Time: 12:30 pm
Bay Club StoneTree:
Boxed Lunch: All lunches include a bag of chips, fresh fruit, and a freshly baked cookie, and a choice of domestic beer or soft drink.
Your choice of either Vegetarian Wrap or Roast Beef, Turkey, or Tuna Salad on a French Roll (per your selection in the above meal selection questionnaire).
Players will be responsible to bring their own refillable water bottle.

Practice Facilities:
The driving range opens at 6:30 a.m. at Marin and 7:00 a.m. at Bay Club StoneTree. Please limit your warm-up to 20 minutes.
Scoring:
We will use mobile scoring for the event and not digital scoring. Only ONE (1) player in the group will need to keep score for the foursome. You must have the Golf Genius or USGA Tournament Management App loaded on your cell phone. Your group GGID can be found on your scorecard and the pairings when we send those. Make sure your phones are charged as you will be keeping score throughout the round.

WHEN ROUND IS COMPLETED - At the end of the round, all players in the group must report any rules issues to the committee and confirm hole-by-hole scores are correct with each other.
