Philadelphia Open Championship Qualifying

Registration Fee: $135 Amateur / $180 Professional

 

Format: 18-hole individual stroke play. 

 

Eligibility: The field will consist of professionals who are active members of the Philadelphia Section PGA in good standing (the A-4 classification is not eligible), head professionals of GAP Member Clubs, assistant professionals of Member Clubs who are active members of the New Jersey Section PGA and amateurs who are members of GAP Member Clubs and have a Handicap Index of 7.0 or less.

 

Field Size: The field is limited to the first 111 players entered. 

 

Practice Rounds: Practice Rounds are permitted for $60 including cart on Tuesday, June 15. 22 and Thursday June 24. Players can schedule their practice rounds up to one week in advance by contact the golf shop at (609) 883-3566. Trenton CC takes credit card, cash and reciprocal club charge as acceptable forms of payment.

 

Starting Times: Tee times starting at 8:00am first tee only.

 

Automotive Transportation: Carts are required for this qualifier. 

 

Qualifying Positions: The number of qualifying positions available is based on the number of exempt entries and the number of entries at the qualifying sites. This information will be available in the Players Information after the entry close. 

 

Ties: The qualifying number and ties will gain entrance into the Championship. There will be no playoff for qualifying positions or alternates.
