Format: 36 Holes (18 holes per day) Stableford Format
Seniors Division age 50+
Super Seniors Division age 70+
Playing handicap will be 95% of course handicap.
Tees: Greenhorn Creek - Seniors & Super Seniors: Red Tees 71.2/128/72
The Golf Club at Copper Valley - Super Senior: Red Tees (66.7/110/72) - Seniors Gold/Red tees (69.8/119/72).
Covid Policy: Please pay special attention to our Play it Safe Covid Guidelines.
- Players are to maintain at least a 6-foot distance minimum from other people (except for household members) while on property whenever possible.
- Mask/facial coverings must be worn when 6-foot minimum distance cannot be met, when indoors (if available) or otherwise in accordance with government ordinance.
Awards:
- Gross and Net over the field in each Senior Division and Super Senior Division.
- All other payouts are net Stableford points within divisions and flights.
- Handicap Revision Date - April 26, 2021.
- Awards will be mailed to players
Shotgun:
- 8:30am - both courses, both days
Practice Facility:
- Copper Valley - Range opens at 6:30am
- Greenhorn Creek - Range opens at 6:30am
Food and Beverage:
- Copper Valley GC: Lunch at Copper Valley GC is included in your entry fee.
- You will receive a boxed lunch (based on your selection in registration) after golf.
- The bar will be open for drinks and bar snacks (hot dogs) etc.
- Restaurant will not be open.
- Greenhorn Creek GC: There is no food service available onsite.
- Snacks and drinks may be purchased in the pro shop.
- Please plan ahead, have breakfast before and bring water and snacks.
- There is no water available on the course
Rules of Play:
- The 2021 Rules of Golf are in effect and are supplemented by the PWGA Hard Card and Notice to Players Greenhorn Creek and Copper Valley.
- Prior to the first day of the event, you must make yourself familiar with the Tournament Policies and Pace of Play Policy.
- It is the players responsibility to know the rules and the terms of the competition.
Starter Interaction and Material Distribution:
- There will not be any paper materials distributed on site.
- Please use the portal to familiarize yourself with tournament information and print any necessary documents. Click on the link to open and print.

Pairings:
- Available on Thursday April 29 by 5pm
Scoring/Scorecard Procedures:
- We will be using Mobile Scoring, please download/update the Golf Genius App. Learn more here.
- Scorecards will be available for you to print on Thursday April 29 by 5pm.
- When you print, select only your scorecard page to print in landscape format.
- The GGID will be on the scorecard PDF and will be available at the course at check in.
- Please download the latest version of the Golf Genius App (Available on both Google Play and Apple) so you have access to mobile scoring and the leaderboard.
- When logging in, players MUST login using the provided Group GGID or they will not get access to the mobile scoring portion of the app.
- At least one player in each group must enter scores using mobile scoring.
- At the end of the round, all players in the group must confirm the hole-by-hole scores posted online are accurate using the Scorecard link in the app, before proceeding to scoring verification area.
- The scorecard is treated as officially returned and certified after the group has left the scoring verification area.
- There will be a Tournament Official available for any rules questions.
- DO NOT POST YOUR SCORES TO GHIN. Your scores will be posted for you.
