Championship Overview

 

Registration Fee: $230 per team. The registration fee includes the $35 mandatory cart fee. 

 

Format: Selective drive, alternate shot. Team Handicaps calculated at 40% of the combined. Male players will play their own tee and female players will play a separate tee. 

 

Eligibility: Open to one female and one male golfer teams who are 19 years of age or older and who have a GAP/USGA Handicap Index of 36.0 or less. Only one player from each two-person team must be a member of a GAP Member Club listed on the GAP/USGA Handicap Report.

 

Field Size: The field is limited to the first 40 teams. On a first-come, first-serve basis.

Practice Rounds: Practice rounds are not available this season.

 

Starting Times: Tee times begin at 8:00 am off the 1st tee.

 

Automotive Transportaton: All players are must ride for the duration of the Mixed Foursome Championship.

 

Spectators – Spectators will not be permitted; except that any player who requires assistance in transportation to the tournament site or who requires assistance in driving a golf cart during the competition is permitted to authorize one and not more than one person to spectate at the event or, if applicable, but only if such person is a member of the player’s immediate family and living in the same household as the player, to operate the player’s golf cart during the competition; provided that in all such circumstances such person may not provide any assistance to the player, may not indicate the line of play, may not handle the player’s clubs or equipment, and may not otherwise provide any services normally provided by a caddie. 

 

Prizes: Prizes will awarded based on the Final Field Size for both Gross and Net.

 

Ties: All other ties will be broken via the USGA recommended scorecard tiebreaking.
