CGA Mid-Amateur Championship Qualifier #1 - South Suburban Golf Course

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Multiple Registrations: Players may only register for only one (1) qualifier per CGA championship, which does not include the “Last Chance Qualifier”, when applicable. Players may register for the “Last Chance Qualifier” as a second qualifier on a space available basis.

Host Course: South Suburban Golf Course

 

Date: Thursday, September 3rd 

 

Eligibility: Open to all active CGA Members

 

Age Requirements: Must be at least age 25 on or before September 18, 2020

 

Registration Deadline: 11:59 p.m. MT Thursday, August 27th

 

Format: 18 holes of stroke play

 

Field Size: Maximum of 84 players

 

Qualifying Positions: 17

 

Starting Time: 7:00 a.m. off hole #1

 

Entry Fee: $95.00 for qualifying only. Successful qualifiers will need to pay an additional $130.00 for entry into the Championship

 

Carts: Players may rent a multi-rider cart or single rider, at the player's option at South Suburban Golf Course and are available for $20.00 per person to rent. 

 

Driving Range: The practice facilities will be available at 6:00 a.m. at no additional charge to the player. Players may only enter the practice facilities one hour prior to their posted starting time. Players may certainly arrive to the course parking lot early, but must not enter the practice facilities until one hour prior to their posted starting time. 

 

Caddies/Spectators: Players may bring their own caddie provided the caddie adheres to social distancing. Spectators are also allowed provided they stay on the cart paths.

Mobile Scoring: Players will score on their cell phones.
 

 

Distance Measuring Devices: Allowed, provided they measure distance only.

 

Practice Rounds: Available at the posted rate.

Score Posting: The CGA will post all scores to GHIN as Tournament scores.
