Dear PGA of Ontario Fall Scramble Team Series Competitor,

There are a few items you will be required to do prior to the Fall Scramble Team Series.
- You are required to complete the online COVID-19 Waiver prior to the Fall Scramble Team Series. If it is not completed you will not be permitted to play.
- You are required to read ALL COVID-19 Protocols
- You are required to print the Hard Card and bring it with you for your own use during play
- Hard Card – Terms of the Competition is attached.
- Local Rules/Pin Placements will be handed out at the 1st tee
- Scorecards will be handed out at the 1st tee
IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU READ, UNDERSTAND AND ADHERE TO ALL THE COVID-19 RULES AND PROTOCOLS PUT IN PLACE AT THE HOST FACILITY AS WELL AS THE PGA OF ONTARIO.

CHAMPIONSHIP SCHEDULE - Tuesday, October 27, 2020 9:30 a.m. - Straight tee times
FORMAT - 3 PERSON SCRAMBLE. In selecting the position to be played, from everywhere but on the putting green-mark the position, balls to be placed within one scorecard length of that position, no closer to the hole, without changing medium (i.e. rough to fairway, fringe to green, etc.) On the putting green, balls to be played from the exact position.
SKINS - Due to COVID-19 we will not be running a skins competition.
AT THE RANGE - Driving range will be open and balls are available on the range.
CHAMPIONSHIP TIE: There will be no sudden victory playoff should there be a tie for the Fall Scramble. All tied teams will be announced as Fall Scramble Champions and purse will be split amongst tied teams.
CHAMPIONSHIP NOT COMPLETED: Should the Fall Scramble Championship not be completed, Championship scoring will be based on the number of completed holes by the last group in the field.
DRESS CODE - Competitors must adhere to the PGA of Ontario Dress Code which is also available in the competitor registration package.
**Appropriate footwear must be worn at all times. Open-toed footwear, (sandals of any type/flip flop style footwear) will not be permitted into host venue Clubhouses prior to or upon completion of any Ontario Zone sanctioned round.
