CGA Senior Match Play Championship Qualifier #1 - The Bridges at Montrose
*NOTICE: Concurrent 2020 CGA Match Play Championship Qualifying: This location is also a concurrent qualifier for the CGA Match Play Championship. Players who wish to attempt to qualify for both events must register for each qualifier separately. The single 18-hole score for the round will count towards both qualifiers. For instance, a player that wishes to compete in both qualifiers would have a registration fee of $95 + $95 for a total of $190.
Players may also choose to compete in just one of the qualifiers.
Host Course: The Bridges at Montrose
Multiple Registrations: Players may only register for only one (1) qualifier per CGA championship, which does not include the “Last Chance Qualifier”, when applicable. Players may register for the “Last Chance Qualifier” as a second qualifier after their one applicable qualifier on a space available basis.
Date: Monday, June 1st
Eligibility: Open to all active CGA Members age 54 and older on or before June 22, 2020
Registration Deadline: 11:59 p.m. MT Thursday, May 28th
Format: 18 holes of stroke play
Qualifying Positions: 5
Starting Time: 8:00 a.m. off hole #1
Entry Fee: $95.00 for qualifying only. Successful qualifiers will need to pay an additional $155.00 for entry into the Championship
Carts: Players may ride in a cart to be purchased at the reponsibility of the player, carry their bag, use a pull cart, or have a caddie. There will only be allowed two (2) carts per group and will be single rider.
Available for $16.00
Driving Range: The driving range will be available at 7:15 a.m. at no additional charge to the player.
Practice Time: Players may not enter the practice grounds until at least 45 minutes prior to their posted starting time.
Caddies and Spectators: Caddies and/or spectators are discouraged.
Distance Measuring Devices: Allowed, provided they measure distance only.
Practice Rounds: Available for $45.00 for green fees and $15.00 for carts. Tee times may be made up to one week in advance by calling the pro shop.
Player Food: To go only. Credit card preferred.
Score Posting: The CGA will post all scores to GHIN as Tournament scores.
