ENTRY INCLUDES
Green fees, range balls, tee prize, $10 Puetz Bucks and a *$3,000 merchandise payout (*based on a full field).
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Entrants must be members in good standing of a WA Golf member club, with a maximum handicap index of 36.4 for men or 40.4 for women.
REGISTRATION
All contestants must register with WA Golf staff prior to the shotgun start. Registration will be located inside the pro shop on Friday, February 28 from 8:30 a.m. – 9:45 a.m. Contestants will receive their tee gifts, $10 Puetz Bucks, scorecard and local rules at registration.
STARTING TIME/PAIRINGS
10:00 a.m. shotgun start. Players can make pairing requests during online registration. Requests will be accepted up until the registration deadline.
FORMAT
2-Person Stableford Four-Ball, with a Men’s and Women’s Division. Flights within each Division will be determined by team course handicap. Stableford Scoring:

HANDICAPS
Each player will receive 85% of their course handicap for net scoring. Handicap indexes on Wednesday, February 26 will be used for the tournament.
FIELD LIMIT
64 Teams* (Men - 58 Teams | Women - 6 Teams)
*WA Golf reserves the right to modify field limits for men and women to achieve a full field.
COURSE YARDAGE
Subject to change based on weather and course conditions: Men – 6,210 Yards | Women – 5,255 Yards
PRACTICE ROUND
Contestants wishing to play a practice round prior to the event can contact McCormick Woods at (360) 895-0130 to schedule. Practice rounds are not included in entry fee.
DRESS CODE
WA Golf expects all contestants, caddies and spectators to wear suitable golf attire on host club property at all times. Suitable attire does not include cutoffs, tank tops, tee shirts, sweatpants, spandex, jeans or denim of any kind or color or unkempt clothing of any kind. Failure to adhere to the dress code may result in disqualification and removal from the course.
CARTS
Power carts can be reserved during online registration for $40 per team. If you would like to reserve a cart after registration, contact the WA Golf Championship staff at (206) 526-8605 ext. 3.
CADDIES
Host club caddies will not be available. A player may provide his/her own caddie.
WARM-UP RANGE BALLS
Hosted warm-up range balls will be provided to participants on the driving range, prior to the round, starting at 8:30 a.m.
FOOD SERVICE (NO-HOST)
The snack shack will be open at 8:00 a.m. with breakfast grab-and-go options and beverages available. Full menu service will be available at 11:30 a.m. inside the McCormick Woods Restaurant.
RESULTS/PRIZES
Results will be available online and on the USGA Tournament Management App immediately after play. Once all scorecards have been entered, the merchandise payout will be posted. Merchandise credit will be awarded to top finishing gross and net teams in each Division/Flight. All merchandise credit must be redeemed at McCormick Woods.
Note Regarding Ties: Merchandise credit and Winter Series Challenge points will be split for all ties.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Unacceptable conduct or behavior on the golf course or anywhere on club property will not be tolerated and may be grounds for penalty or immediate disqualification, at any time, from any WA Golf event. The full policy can be viewed here.
WINTER SERIES CHALLENGE SPONSORED BY PUETZ GOLF
Participants receive participation points for each event entered as well as for top overall gross and net finishes in each event. $2,000 in Puetz Golf merchandise certificates will be distributed to the top season long men's and women's points finishers. Each contestant will also receive $10 Puetz Bucks for each event they participate in.
