2020 CGA Super-Senior Amateur Championship - Gypsum Creek Golf Course
Host Facility: Gypsum Creek Golf Course
CGA Age Limit: Players must be at least 64 years old by the start of the Championship.
Eligibility: Open to Active CGA Members
Masters Division: New in 2020, the "Masters Division" will be for players age 70 and older.
Divisions: Players will play in either the "Super-Senior Division" for age 64 and older or the "Masters Division" for players 70 and older. A player 70 and older will have the option to play in either the "Super-Senior Division" of the "Masters Division". Each division is played from a different set of tees, so players may only choose to play in one division.
Dates: August 11 - August 12, 2020
Registration Deadline: Friday, August 7, 2020
Field Size: Limited to the first 60 players
Entry Fee: $130.00
Format: 36 holes of stroke play (no cut) at scratch.
Starting Time: 8:00 a.m. off hole #1 only
Bag Transportation: Cart fees for each day are included in the tournament entry fee. We are encouraging and planning for all players to take their own cart. However, players may still choose to ride in a multi-rider cart if they so choose.
Masters Division: Players age 70 and older may choose to play in either the Super-Senior Division (64) or the Masters Divisions (70) during registration.
Distance Measuring Devices: Allowed, provided they measure distance only.
Yardages: 64+ will play form approximately the BROWN tee markers. 70+ will play from approximately the GOLD tee markers.
Practice Round Information: Available for $40.00 with no restrictions.
Food and Beverage: Available for purchase at the option of the player each day.
Score Posting: The CGA will post all scores as Tournament Scores to GHIN after each round.
