The 37th Virginias-Carolinas Junior Boys’ Matches begin Saturday, Aug. 10 at Boonsboro Country Club. The matches alternate every year between the Boonsboro Country Club in Lynchburg, Va and a site in North Carolina.

 

FORMAT: Eight players from the Virginia State Golf Association and the West Virginia Golf Association will square off against eight players from the Carolinas Golf Association, which includes golfers from both North and South Carolina. The two-day competition opens with four-ball and foursome play on Saturday, followed by eight singles matches on Sunday.

 

SCORING: One point available per match for a total of 16 points. Tied matches will be awarded 1/2 point.
