Eligibility: Open to players from all disability categories with a nationally recognized golf handicap index and an Access Pass or WR4GD Pass through the EDGA. GSGA membership and Georgia residency are NOT requirements.

Format: This championship is a Counting Event on the 2019 WR4GD calendar. Players in the Access Series will compete in a pan-disability format in separate flights determined by handicap index. Players in the Challenge Series will be seated players. The format will be 36 holes of stroke play competition for players with a handicap index of 18.4 or lower. The format will be 36 holes of Stableford competition for players with a handicap index of 18.5 or higher.

A waiting list will be established if entries exceed maximum field size.
Flights: Flights will be determined after the close of entries and are based on handicap index.
Practice Round: The designated practice round date is Tuesday, October 22nd. The practice round format is a shotgun start at 9:00 a.m. with registration beginning at 7:00 a.m. Practice round cart and range fee is included in the Championship Fee.
Yardages & Tees: A practice yardage sheet is available by clicking the "Yardage" tab under "Player Information" listed at the top of the tournament landing page. Practice yardage sheets will also be available at Bobby Jones Golf Course on the practice round date. Yardages are approximate and may be adjusted due to inclement weather or other factors that may affect the playing conditions during the competition.
Golf Shop & Driving Range: The golf shop and driving range will open at 7:00 a.m. each day of the championship.
Starting Times: Starting times for tournament play will be assigned by the GSGA and posted at the club the day before the competition starts. You may visit www.gsga.org for complete pairing information and starting times.
Opening Ceremony: An Opening Ceremony will be held at Capital City Club - Brookhaven on Tuesday, October 22nd beginning at 6:30 p.m. This special event will recognize competitors, sponsors, and other key figures of Adaptive Golf in Georgia. Dinner and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided and are included in your championship fee. A cash bar will be available for purchasing alcoholic beverages (cash only). An additional guest is invited to attend at the cost of $75.
Post-Round Player Reception: Following the conclusion of Round 1, there will be a reception for players and guests at the host hotel.
Registration: Formal registration will be held on site at Bobby Jones Golf Course on Tuesday, October 22nd before the practice round and at the host hotel prior to the Opening Ceremony. If you are not able to register in person during either of these times, please contact Colton Dean at 678-324-5973 or via email at cdean@gsga.org to confirm that you will be playing in round one on Wednesday. As a part of registration, you will collect your player gifts and take a photo for live scoring.
Caddies & Player Aides: Players are responsible for planning for a caddie and/or player aide should they choose to use one. Players may ride in a cart or walk. Pull carts are permitted but are not available for rent at Bobby Jones Golf Course.
Rules of Play: The 2019 Rules of Golf and the Modified Rules of Golf for Players with Disabilities will be utilized for the championship.
Player Hospitality: Refreshments (snacks and drinks) will be provided at live scoring stations in two locations on the golf course during the championship. Lunch will also be provided on each day of the competition thanks to a donation from a generous sponsor.
Food Service: A limited selection of food and drinks will be available in the clubhouse on the practice round date and throughout the championship. Card and cash will be accepted.
Prizes: Gift certificates will be awarded to the top finishers in each series and flight. Gift certificate breakdown will be available following the close of entries.
